My Order Has Been Returned To Sender

If your order is returned back to us due to the delivery service unable to deliver it may be down to a few reasons;


1. Was your address correct?

2. Were you not in at the time of delivery/Did you not rearrange delivery?

3. Customer refused delivery.


In any case any orders returned back to us we will notify the customer of this. The customer can then request a redelivery (Extra shipping costs will be required) or if the customer no longer wants the item they can cancel the order for a refund. (Important: Delivery and any tips will not be refunded)


Customers have 5 working days to get back to us with what they would like to do. If we do not hear anything within 5 working days the order will be cancelled.
